will an ls6 intake bolt up to an ls1 ,,or do i have to get ls6 heads also??

You are also going to need the by-pass coolant line and plugs. It should come in a kit.

This is exactly what I needed! I attempted this a couple of months ago but didn't realize I need the plugs. Left for a TDY for a couple of
months and now that I am back I plan on doing this on Friday. Thanks for the post !

The swap is pretty easy with the instructions...follow them carefully. Also remember that the torque specifications are in inch-pounds.

It absoloutly will and I'd get one if I were you! If you want it to bling then get a cover for it
