Side body molding
I know a lot of people hate the side body molding but I kind of like it. Was wondering if anyone removed there's and wants to get rid if them. I have a Mag Red 99 but would be open to consider any color
thanks

If you don't get a response here, try posting a thread in the parts section. You may get lucky and get a set in the color you want.

I specifically wanted them on my car. I think they add a nice touch of detail to a relatively plain and smooth flowing car. Plus my car is my DD and they add a little piece of mind if someone decides to park really close to me (no matter how far away I park).

I really like them on my T.R. vert, and they do add some protection. I noticed that Bill K. took his off his coupe and it looks really nice, clean looking........ Maybe he'd part with his.

this has always been a tuff one for me. I like them without them but mine came with them and I like that too,so there staying. I do like the fact that if I do get dinged on them its just paint them and not the entire door

I'm a huge fan too. In fact, the BSM was 2nd on the list of requirements while shopping for my car. (First was that it had to be a Z06). It was even ahead of color choice!

I think the C5 looks great either way. But years ago, when I first started looking hard at C5s, the ones with BSMs drew my attention more. What I don't understand is why people who decided to remove theirs, are so adamant that everyone else should do the same. It's great to see them both ways. (I'll keep mine)

I saw a Vette at a local show with BSM and they added the Carravaggio rear spoiler and front canards. It was like they were designed to fit together. Especially the way the rear spoiler wrapped around the rear quarter panel. It lined up nice with the BSM.
Back to OP topic, if you don't take up the earlier post offer of his pewter BSM, you can always check the GM Parts house or any local Vette salvage shop.
