Seat repair
I have a seam on my drivers seat on the side wings that is opening up. I want to have it repaired by a local upholstery shop. Does anyone have any advice? I know it sounds simple, but I do not want to say "I wish I had known that before I (add something bad here)".

You can get a leather and vinyl repair kit at Walmart.

The honest answer is that once it starts you just need to persuade the wife that you need new Vette Essentials seats. I'm still "persuading" 3 years on but the repairs holding out
