Very cool, wondering if it would work for fbodys also would be helpful for those guys. I'm wondering if i can find a plug for the stock location so i can reuse my sensor with this relocation kit.

You will use the plug out of the new location to plug the stock location
I was talking to my web girl about an hour ago, and she said she had to change some "Key Code" in our merchant account. I dont know if she did it or not though. From my understanding NO, it wont charge your card at all. That was the problem.
Lemme figure it out, and get with you..
In the mean time, hold off on CC orders on our website until we straighten it out.

Awesome! My sensor went out a while ago and I've been holding off on fixing it cause of where it's located. I'll order via CC, so keep us informed on when your site issues are fixed.
UPDATE 6:20pm pst: It seems we have an internal issue with our merchant account when trying to use a CC. The paypal works fine though. Please hold off, from ordering via CC until I get it sorted out. You are NOT being charged when the error pops up..
As many of you know, replacing an oil pressure sensor on a C5 and C6 Corvette is no less than a TOTAL pain in the rear. It requires you to basically remove everything on top of your motor. All for a 50 dollar sensor.
If you have a supercharger, it is even WORSE!!
Well, being that we develop and install top mounted supercharger systems, this problem is very big in our business. If you have a top mount blower, you can literally spend 500-800 dollars in labor just to make the change. Dealerships charge 300 plus dollars in labor alone on a stock vehicle.
Unfortunately, this is a part that goes out quite often. In some cases 2 and 3 times over the lifetime of your ownership.
Well, there is FINALLY a plug-n-play option that does not require you to cut harnesses, run a bunch of unsightly plastic line, splice in a bunch of brass fittings, or permantly damage anything.
Our kit allows you to not only relocate the sensor to the side of the motor, at the main oil galley, but it allows you to service that sensor whenever you see fit. A sensor swap takes LESS than 4 minutes with this relocation.
It takes about as long as unscrewing and reinstalling 1 sparkplug.
Has this been tested??
Yes, many many times. We have actually tested this both mechanically, and electronically. The oil pressure readings are EXACT. All you are doing, is relocating the sensor to a more available port. Not to mention that we include this on EVERY supercharger or turbo we install in house
What is included?
A special harness (along with OEM connectors) that allows you literally plug in to the existing harness, and extend the sensor to its new location. This is not some hand made harness. It was made to OEM specifications, using all oem materials, and machine crimping.
Brand New Oil Pressure Sensor
Tie Straps that allow you to attach the harness out of the way of any heat sources
Instructions (with pictures detailing the swap)
We had an initial order of 25 sets made, and can ship immediatly.
The Complete kit, is $79.95 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states
If you already have the sensor, and only require the harness, ties, and detailed instructions, your cost is 29.95 shipped.
OR, you can purchase off of our website. (UPDATE: Our CC processing is down right now. Only the paypal works. Were sorting it out now. You are NOT being charged when the error pops up.)
Was wondering, both the harness only kit and complete kit pics are the same - do you have an actual pic of what's included in the complete kit? Looks like something to be missing or maybe I'm over looking something.
Thanks
It all depends on wether or not you can get to your plug. If you can get to the plug, and disconnect it, then yes, you can leave the stock one in place. If not, no you cant.[/QUOTE]
Anyone try this yet? Or at least try to get to the plug to disconnect it? I'm going to have to try this because my oil pressure sensor died and it's going to cost me quite a bit to fix it out of town. This would seem like an awesome fix if you plant to keep your car.
This is good timing. My wife's went out and I was dreading pulling the manifold off to put the cheap aluminum (read; fail quickly) in, only to proably do it again soon
Do you have to remove anything to get to it. I was reading a post a while back about relocating it to the front, and I couldn't even SEE the plug I was supposed to remove.

Will do,
As soon as it's better and ready to go i'll try again as well.
