Make sure you add burlap or carpet on top of the bottom support wires and also cover the leading edges of the seat frame at the bolster areas and on the bottom frame where the foam goes over the frame, I taped down vinyl tubing that I split. My Driver's foam was cut pretty badly from the frame and I glued it back together... good as new.
I've done seat covers before on a few of my C3s and these are pretty easy to do compared to them... I thought mine were a little sloppy after I installed em initially;

BUT I hadn't moistened them with conditioner or warmed them up. I think if you give the new leather a heavy coat of leather conditioner and really heat em up it would help alot. Here's how they tigtened up after a few days in the sun and being bathed in conditioner;

I think they were acceptable then.
A buddy at a car show told me about this custom interior guy that lives.... well to make a long story short I ended up going to a pro and he did what he called an "over stuffed" look by glueing dense foam to all the outer edges of the foam. What a difference! The seats were alot more supportive and firmer. I don't have a good shot of the seats after his re-work but you may be able to see the difference in this one;

He said that it's almost impossible to match the covers exactly on any given car as all leather covers will shrink unto the foam and shrink differently. He said that these covers were very well made and excellent leather... I got the center console pieces from them also, you'll have to ask them for the TC plate welt cord though.

Looking forward to seeing some pics!
