Well, I was driving home last night and my passenger side low beam headlight went out, one second it was on and then next second off. I upgraded to Eday (Xentec) Plug and Play HID's in January and haven't had a problem with them at all, they have been working great.
Today, I took apart the connections and looked at all of them (except the low voltage into ballast connection, couldn't get it off), and they are all in good condition. Checked the low beam fuses too and they are good.
Then I swapped the bulbs, they both work on the drivers side only, so both bulbs are still good. But when they are on the passenger side they wont light.
I put the stock low beams in and they work on both sides at the same time.
So I am thinking that it is either the low voltage connection into the ballast or the ballast itself. I will swap ballast's tomorrow.
What do you guys think, am I right in my assumptions or should I look into something else?
How much does a new ballast run?

Did your ballasts come with a fused input wire? Also Each of the headlights gets it's own fuse in the underhood fusebox.
Of all the HID kits I've seen, I've only had one ballast fail. I've known fuses to partially fail, so i'd swap them out first (even if they look good) just to save some time and $$.
The ballasts I have aren't fused. I already checked the underhood fuses and they are good as well. Besides, I put the stock bulbs back in and the stockers work no problem. But, thanks for your input.
