They look good on coup's, not as much on verts or Z's
I like the look of BSM's on stock or close to stock cars.
The more the car is modified ( Rear spoiler, chin spoiler, hood, lowered, rims, ect) the more it looks to be tooo much and you need that clean look on the side.
So depends how far you are going to modify the car to me.

They look good on certain colors and they look better if you haven't lowered the car. On your yellow car they look good

Removed mine a week after buying my Z06 5 years ago. I'm going for the clean look myself.
Its a matter of taste though... Its your car, and your choice.

Keep them. The C-5 door needs them badly, as stated above the door is a pretty large and flat expanse (BORING) without them. But if you do remove them I'm glad because it will make mine that much better looking !

The BSMs can get beat up a bit (none on mine yet knock on wood) but I think they look better dinged up then having those white chatter markes randomly all over the side of a clean looking door. So my solution is wait till they get dinged up, then remove them (and park as far away as possible).
