Default LG shifter?

I noticed this is about half the price of most shifters seen, is this any good? I haven't seen anything about it yet.

Wow that is pretty cheap and I doubt they'd put out a ****ty product such as that. Worth a try I'd think. Def most likely not an MGW or comparable product but for someone on a budget and wanting to buy new then it's a good price.

Great that you noticed the new products!!

We have a number of new products being released over the spring and summer this year and this shifter is one of them.

What you see is the first test unit that is currently in Lou's car and the results have been very good. We have been making a few revisions with bias springs, and overall finish until Lou gave us the final ok and I think you will be very happy with the results, I know he was.

Nice short throws and a quiet interior, plus your choice of one of our fine race ***** at no extra cost! Production units should be arriving and ready to ship in the next few weeks.

So they aren't available yet? I wanna to try one, the price is so tempting!

How is this shifter in terms of notchiness? One of my biggest gripes on aftermarket shifters (I've had a Hurst and B&M) is how notchy they are. I also didn't like the 5-6 and reverse shifting. For the most part, they were fine for 1-4 shifting only.

If the LG shifter improved in the areas where other aftermarket shifters are hated, I sure would like to know..........and get one.

From the couple that I have driven, it is much smoother than the Hurst that is in my car.

How is the 2-3 shift? Is it pretty strong? I had the hurst before and loved it, but it was really stiff/strong!

I'm pretty sure this is the first thing I'm going to buy after I square away my Z06 purchase.

Thanks

It is on a pivot ball with bias springs.

Heres to LG's for helping with keeping the corvette tax down on parts for our cars, and bringing out parts we all want !
