This kit looks 10 times better at half the price. Although I may be kinda biased since I had a bad experience with mine.

I am truly sorry to hear that.

I would send them to you for $20 shipped. I will include some extra pieces as well, in the event that there are areas you feel are lacking with your original kit. My goal is for you to come away happy with a car that is more enjoyable to ride in.

Actually, it is a rare combination of both. That is what makes my kit so advantageous to use. It cuts down on the outside noise from entering the cabin, and the thermal properties of the material block the outside heat from entering the cabin, better maintaining a more level temperature in the cabin. All in all, a full kit that weighs 3.5lbs., and reduces both noise and heat, and is pre-cut for a C5 Corvette interior is worth it's weight in gold.

should be decent for heat, the material is basically reflectix - a radiant heat barrier.

How is this stuff any different from the newer style water heater insulation? From the description given earlier, it sounds pretty much identical.

Hmm... my material manufacturer doesn't use it for water heaters, but without looking at the specs, if I remember correctly, the material is heat resistant to about 325 degrees F. I suppose it could be used for that application as well...

I am keeping the list as more of you are added.

The online store link will be up tomorrow, but you can call me at 615-907-8125 if you want to pay over the phone via credit card. You can also Paypal the money to us as well. I am not asking anyone to pay before we have the kit in the online store, but if you want to, you can. $110 is the total price shipped, and the C5 and C6 kits are similar, yes, but the C5 kit will be cut specifically for the C5. I wanted you guys to see how the C6 kit fits, and give you an idea of the coverage it will have for the C5 as well.
