that thing sounded like it should have been out plowing a field. The trailer hitch and check engine light were nice touches though.

changing the exhaust
I'm trying to give my car a different sound so I was thinking about Ying off each pipe aft. of the axail and useing four two and a half in cherry bomb's. All ending with two inch tips. I was thinking that it would take away the deep bark and give it more of a euro top end car sound. What do you think, or do you have any other suggestions

There are plenty of aftermarket exhausts to choose from mild to wild. IMO, the cherry bombs on the vette will sound like a ricer on steroids.

Have you seen or thought of the A&A mod?
I have not heard one but have read that it makes a noticeable difference.
You might be able to do it for less too which is may also be a good thing.

Put the weed down and stay away from The Cherry Bombs. They sound awful. If you want your car to sound like a "Euro top end car", Buy a "Euro top end car."
Like others have stated, there are plenty of aftermarket options you can do to modify the way your C5 sound. Hit up Youtube or Streetfire to find the sound you want, and exhaust to buy.
