Gene is the man! great customer service. if i have questions about a part, he gets back to me the same day with a price and part number. i just ordered a fob and a wheel well access panel a couple days ago. i'll probably have it pretty darn soon from the sounds of this thread!

Don't know how he stays in business delivering such customer service.

Gene is the man to go to for parts.

That bastard answered all my questions and stopped me from wasting money on the wrong things too. Don't forget that. What a loser!

Since we are venting about Gene, I ordered a passenger side window regulator, which GM has changed to a C6 unit to be used with a connector adapter. I got the regulator and had the window torn apart only to discover that I had no connector adapter, because GM failed to publish that fact with the new number. Called Gene and he researched the issue, and called me back within minutes, told me what happened and and informed me that the connector was on back order (thanks again GM for that great planning). He also told me that he found one in south FL, and had the dealer overnight the connector for no additonal shipping charges. Over the top customer service.

You guys had me going....New to C5s I hadn't heard about Gene. I just ordered plugs and wires from him this week. When I read the title, I thought, "Cr@p and I just ordered parts from him", then I read the posts. I am expecting my parts very soon. I will say this, the service seems to be extremely good, I have had 5 emails from him, communication is good. Thank you Gene, a model for other vendors to follow.

Yes, Gene is a class act, but don't catagorize our other vendors on this forum as 2nd rate. We have many that are outstanding in giving us superb service and pricing. Hats off to all of them.

Gene and his team put forth the extra effort to insure people get what they are looking for the first time. That extra effort pays off as word gets around as it has here. Business is tough these days for everyone but Gene's keeping prices under control where other places are jacking them up like mad. Gene has the respect of all of us and we're not a small group considering we're here from all over the planet.
