Default Disable seat memory

I really don't like my seat, wheel, and mirrors moving when I take out the key and moving back when I put the key back in. Nothing in my owner's manual says how to turn this **** off, and my google-fu is insufficient. Is there any kosher/recommended way to turn off the memory feature, other than messing with the hardware?
