My rear side marker housing broke and today im changing it out. Was wondering whats going to be the easiest way to get to the back to take the nuts off to change? wheel well? thanks
Having replaced mine to amber, I can tell you that it is WAY easier to remove the outer tail lamp than to work you arm around the muffler can. I loosened the muffler mounts on the frame-rain and ALMOST lost the hanger bolt inside the bumper bar. VERY close call.

I have a 99 vert... I changed the left side through the tail light hole. The right side is another story! There is a huge antenna in the way! I am going to pull the right rear wheel liner to change this one.

I the right side from underneath. Piece of cake since SLP Loudmouth = no mufflers in the way.
