Convertible wind break?

Wow, this is an oldie I have a Wind Restrictor in my Vert. I can drive 70+ top and windows down and don't lose my flat cap. Unrestricted view and it doesn't have to be removed to put the top up. I had a C5 coupe before the vert, it's absolutely nothing like the halo and huge backglass. All the wind and noise of a convertible, 1/3 the view.

I just have a straw hat with an added locking chinstrap slider to fight the wind.
On the plus side, it was rather inexpensive down at the hardware store, where high fashion is king. it also keeps the sun shaded.
I think in the south it is called a go to hell hat. When you notice someone checking out how bad your head wear looks, or if they say something, You say, "go to hell" , simple.

Melting Slicks
Have a homemade one that I bought for $20
Mine sits behind the seats and was made from plywood and covered with a black material. It is velcroed to the sides of the car. Got it from someone who made it for their C5. Looks like it was made for the car as I have a black interior. With a little time and effort you can save mucho $

I find that if you're going to break wind, a convertible is the place to do it.
