having a tough time here deciding which corner lights to go with on my 99 pewter frc. not sure if i will like being able to see an ugly light bulb in there, however it will be brighter that way. so the clear ones or ribbed ones?

Keep in mind that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally, I am not crazy about a direct view of the light bulb itself. You can help offset that by obtaining silver bulbs. I have the ribbed ones for that reason.

I'm leaning towards the ribbed ones. It distorts the light enough to hide an ugly bulb...makes it perfect for an LED tower bulb.

I voted clear.

Not sure I would buy anything from a company called Cosmo Dynamics. though.

If you're going with clear, go clear all the way. No black.

You're debating over smooth versus ribbed. Mine are smooth, totally clear, 48 LED swithbacks, and silver coated 194 sides. You can't see the bulbs at all, and they are BRIGHT when you turn the lights on.

they also make ones with a "chrome" background instead of a black background. It looks better on silver cars, IMO.

That's the set up I have. I didn't want the LED tower to be visible, so that's why I like the ribbed version.

I got my black/amber with ribbed from Corvette Guys. They usually have a header ad on here.
