Visor Mirror lights/rear view lights problem

My car won't start!
Help!
I attempted to install an after-market visor, and blew a fuse in the process. While replacing the fuse box cover, I heard an electric buzzing sound inside. That's stopped, but the car now won't start, just a click!
The battery is showing good voltage, and all of the lights are bright, a quickcharge didn't help. What did I mess up in the fuse box???
