Check on-line with gmpartshouse.com. There are drop down menus that will help you find the part you need and they have about the best prices on OEM stuff.
I'd say you are looking at anywhere from $250-350 for a paint job on the front fascia (depending on your local body shop's labor rate) and probably a couple of hours to install. Or you can try and do it yourself - a search might bring up some old threads on how to remove/replace the front fascia. I may have some files on that procedure - if so, I'd be glad to send you a copy. PM me your e-mail address as a reminder to look and I'll check when I get home. Be sure to say it is for the fascia removal/replacement.

When I got my wife's '01, it cost me $500 for the part and labor from my painter. The original had been bumped and was split. Previous owner had gotten it "fixed" with a patch and quick paint job, but it looked like crap. My painter said new paint would only look good for a short while until any repairs split again, so I had him order me a new OEM nose piece. I'd say that $500-$600 is probably a reasonable figure.
Hey guys i've been searching and can't find info anywhere...
I want to know much it costs for a new front bumper and approximately how much it would cost to have it painted/installed. Thanks for the help.
My car is at the body shop as I banged up the front fascia. The insurance company is adamant that the replacement "bumper or fascia" is a used part. I talked with the shop and he said this is very normal. They go around until they find a used one that is "useable". The price for the used one is $425. I tried to make the the argument that the car is damn near new (12K miles) and I wanted a new front fascia. No luck. So, I went and applied the $425 to a tiger shark front fascia which costs around $850. I figure the paint job will be free anyway since they had to paint anyway. Shop said that it would be around $400 to paint the fascia if I was just walking in. So I have $425 in a tiger shark front clip or fascia/painted.
I asked the shop what a new standard front fascia was and he said it was around what I'm paying for the tiger shark.
This is very good info thus far. I ask because I was looking at a vette that had a crack in the front fascia between the corner lens and center part, not huge but enough to replace it (it is a vette afterall, not a honda civic). I've proposed to the dealer that he replace & paint the fascia before I consider buying the car.
I just did this job. I bought a used bumper. already primed off of ebay (Prestige Bumpers). Cost 300.00. I spent another 300.00 to get it painted. Did the install myself. looks better then new.
i have a spare in the shed i will sell ya for $250 plus shipping. if you are interested email me at TrippleBlackC5@yahoo.com and i will send you off some pictures of it... no issues with it i just went with a Tiger Shark
