Headlight Problems
All of a sudden, the one headlight on my 2000 Vette will not open when I either turn on the headlights manually or when they go on automatically at dark. The light is on but the entire component does not open. The other headlight works fine,,,,

It sounds like your headlight control module.
I replaced mine. You can find it behind your driver’s side headlight.
Pop up your headlight and you will see it. There are two plug in's as I remember......kinda of expensive.

IF only one doesn't work, it is probably the gear. Look at sticky.
