Default RPI Designs, a class act!

I wanted to thank Josh at RPI Designs for his excellent customer service. I purchased an item from him, and when it arrived, it was not as pictured on the RPI website. I contacted Josh, explained the situation, and he immediately offered to send a return label and the correct item. Even though there was a cost difference, he never mentioned it, and sent the correct one without an additional charge. That my friends, is outstanding customer service, and RPI has earned my business for life!

It's always nice to see good business ethics by forum vendors...especially since you can't say anything bad about 'em

I've bought a few things from RPI Designs and they've always delivered great products in a very timely manner

Yes, Josh is a great guy. I have been buying things from him since last year at Carlisle. I just spoke with him on the phone yesterday and finalized my next order. He has come through with everything that I have asked for. I have no complaints and will be ordering more from him in the future and probably even some more goodies at Carlisle in August.

I too have bought several items from RPI and dealt with Josh. Great quality, fast and prompt shipment and as promised. I recently had a coolant cover I purchased earlier this year start to chip through my own fault (I installed it without checking the length of one of the OEM studs). Josh offered to repair or replace it at costs. That is above and beyond what can be expected

I purchased a spoiler and a set of caliper covers from RPI and have been very satisfied with Josh and his great customer service.

with all the negitive sales problems on here, it is nice to hear someone is doing right.

Josh at RPI, Chip at CCA, Gene Cully at GM Parts house are a few more that I trust. There are a few others but I don't want to steal the thread.

GOOD JOB Josh. Thanks for the post Bill.

We all make mistakes from time to time. The key is, Josh made good on it, even though it cost him out of pocket!
