They make good wheels. Mine barely need any weights. I do not think they are particularly overweight, especially since the majority of us are getting 17/18 setups and ditching the runflats. I would imagine that the total moment of inertia of the wheel + tire setup is better than OEM (with runflats) and is similar to expensive 18/19 setups.

No problem
You make me want a 18 and 19 setup now.
To the others you can expect around 4 lb increase on each wheel over stock with most wheels. This info comes from a customer of mine who weighed his C6 wheels. I doubt you will notice the increase. If you want light weight good looking wheels you will be paying 1K+.

Thats a good point I got rid of my run flats along time ago. and I would be doing 17/18's
Now they say there's a guy here that is selling the same wheels anyone know who he is?

I am considering OE wheels as well. Very cheap and not too much unsprung weight. By ditching the run-flats, overall weight would probably be the same or less, so I'm not worried about that.
CCW's are great wheels. I love the 505's, but a buddy bought a set of expensive wheels and within two weeks they had been rashed due to potholes and one over-zealous tire installer. (tire installation damage was repaired but two still ended up rashed). I'm not sure I could live with dropping 4K and getting them dinged up, because I actually drive my car.
I like the deep dish C6 Z06 style. I want to go 18/19, but they only offer them in 18x9.5 and 19x10. I won't go anything less than a 10.5" rim on the back. So basically I'm still undecided what to do.
LOL that whole heavy wheel/loss of HP was fully hashed and there was no agreement from it! Now I do agree that 20 lbs a wheel would make a difference in a race car but 2 or 3 lbs in a street car...none at all!

you could do 18 x 18 like I did and you'd have a 10.5" wide wheel
