The bank does not care if you own the car, or sell or or wrap it around the tree - as long as you pay back the loan. One thing you need to do is ask the bank if you could pay off the loan early (with the money you get from selling the car) - some loans restrict that because they want you to keep paying interest on the money for years and years - if you pay off early you will actually pay less money overall to the bank compared to paying it off gradually.

So i can sell the car even though i still making payments. Is that what u are saying? It all good guys thanks for the help im going to pay off the car first as fast as i can to keep the value on it high and im 20 years of age with a redfire stang gt 5spd with black stripes on it and a hood scoop lol. well i wont be back soon on this site till i close to paying it off and going to buy a vette peace guys.

hey guys i just had a new car since the 1/1/09 and i regeat it some what and do u guys know if my credit will go bad if so how much do u think it will go bad i want to return the car because i realized i can save enought money with in two to three year for a sick c5 vette i want or better vette can i do this.
The car is taking most of my money i cant go out too much it sucks.

i'll be the first one to ridicule someone but I don't think it is cool to flame the OP. he is trying to do the right thing and find out what his options are, even though his grammar is lacking...
if all 20-something yr olds would do their research before sinking in debt for the rest of their lives, we'd do a a lot better at this point as a society....

And I gotta tell you Dodger5, this isn't just an old codger whining. I honestly couldn't tell what you were trying to say in your opening post. It made no sense at all. You really do need to work on learning how to write; not for grades but just so people can comprehend what you're saying.
