These are what came on the 2000 C5 coupe I recently bought. No "key" was included (bought from a used car dealer), and I would like to find a key. I am guessing they are not stock? They have 6 evenly spaced grooves and measure about .690 inches OD.
looks like gorillas but they could be aftermarket knock offs, go to a tire shop and see if they have a spare key to fit them, I know at my shop we have one for the cheapy knockoffs and one for the gorillas.

They are officially referred to as "tuner nuts"
Best of luck.
Thanks! I got one of them off and it is stamped "gorilla" on the base. I did some searching and found referrences to "Gorilla Small Diameter Lug Nut Keys" ... for example:

once you get them off, unless you have wheel or tire theft issues, you should just get a regular set of gorilla lugs or just get some of the stock GM OEM lugs and be done with the problems.
Most times those Tuner nuts from Gorilla are not key specific, and your local Discount Tire Co. should have a key that works on them. I have those exact same lug nuts in black, and they are a ghineric key. Might sound like a redundant statement, but check the trunk for the key. All 3 compartments. You might also check under and behind the seats. That part on Summit looks exactly like the one I have for mine, so that's probably it.
They look like the ones i have on mine. All 20 are the same, and use the "key". I ve been lucky, so far and haven t lost or misplaced the key. If i did, i would use a socket that fits tight to get them...i think. May not work, but its an idea.
they also make a socket that has a bunch of "nails" in it so it automatically fits the nut. That would work to take those off.
Of course, a pair of vice grips would get them off too.
I had those on my wifes car when I bought it.I got mine off by using a socket slightly tight where I had to beat it on to fit. Then I bought the regular ones with one lock per wheel.Just a side note, check the hiding spot in the trunk in the left compartment.Thats where mine is.
I had a tire shop loose my key and didn't know they didn't put it back in my glove box until time to re balance one,Well I ended up going to sears and getting a 10 or 12 point socket and it came right off.Had to guess at the size but it worked well.
