My boss a few years ago had a Mercedes-Benz SL-600 two seater. Super nice roaster with a V-12 under the hood. fantastic engine. It idles so smooth, you had to train yourself not to try starting it while is was running already. And torque, freking thing was like a locomotive. But at the bi-annual service $500.00 and it used 15 quarts of Mobil 1 synthetic and the oil filter cost $25.00 each. Ya gotta be living large to roll in one of these ! :o

A few guys and I were on break once at work just talking about cars in general. And one asked oh yeah, your car has a V-10 right? I just said, I don't know I bought it cause I liked the color.

Frind of mine used to have a 1994 Trans Am. At a gas station one day a group of teens drive up and compliment him on his car. Then they asked him what engine was in it. He told them an LT1. They said, "you should have gotten one of those 350 engines instead, they are really fast".

I had a car salesman tell me over and over again i was looking at a 2003 Z07, and it had 550HP stock LOL... I just laughed and proved him wrong, then told him he just lost a sale for being retarded

I was at a car show and had a guy ask "What kind of Ferrari is that?" I told him is was a very rare Ferrari made by Chevy himself. The guy said he liked the color and if he had the money he would buy a Ferrari. Later I told him if wasn't a Ferrari but a Corvette and he said he still liked Ferrai's, who doesn't.
