No problem. If it turns out to be illegal, you could always remove them and sell them on the forum. There are usually a demand for them so it shouldn't be hard to sell. I wouldn't expect you would get a ticket for first time offense on black outs if they turned out to be illegal.

UPDATE: ILLEGAL FOR LOUISIANA RESIDENT'S

Justin I just spoke to one of my cousin's that's is a Slidell, City Police Officer here and said it was totally illegal here for me to do any kind of Black out on any outside lenses. That sucks I was wanting to do this mod, sure do look awesome on .... Oh well on to the next mod...

never would have expected that. Wonder what the premise is? As long as you can see the lights clearly when lit, shouldnt matter. Oh well, wonder what the law is against buying the lenses already smoked?
