Default "Pop" after braking

Took the vette out for a ride today. I noticed when coming to a stop (not a hard stop) there was some vibration in the front passenger wheel.
After coming to a full stop and then accelerating, there is a pop noise, like something was locked up.

I thought it may be the caliper pins locking up, so I took the caliper apart and re-lubed them. It didn't help.

Any suggestions? Could the front end be out of alignment? I put on new rotors and pads about 3 months ago. The rotors are OEM stuff. No problems till now

Thanks guys!

This is weird! Drove it to work this morning... no problems at all. I'll see what happens over the next couple of days.
I'm concerned if it's ok to take this on a long trip.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I would have guessed that the caliper was sticking. You cleaned and lubed that so rule that out. Do the pads fit the caliper correctly? Are the clips all still there and snug? Past that, I don't know what to check.
Good luck

Are you sure it isnt a suspension "pop" as say, a sway bar link?

I was thinking it may be something with the suspension/alignment.
When all of this was happening yesterday, while in the driveway, I would pull forward a few feet, hit the brakes, accelerate and "POP".
This happened several times.

Wondering if a stuck brake piston could be the culprit, as this appears to only happen when the brakes are hot

Mine was doing it after a pad change.
I pulled the caliper pins and although I'd libed them they were sticking when hot.
Used emory paper and bared the metal, relubed and reinstalled and it all went away.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
BTW, my pins have some flat spots. I should probably order new ones, right?

Tell you truth I've not seen flatspots on the round part of the pins. Perhaps someone else has. I would not believe that flatspots are good at all.
