I don't have anything on order specifally from GM Parts direct. But, I can tell you I've had door panels on order from GM for what seems like 6 months that are on national backorder and also a HUD bezel on order now for 2 months.

Gmpd national - back order
Wow, They did not respond to my request other than to say they have no idea how long it would take to get the parts. They are making me keep the insulators and other things that go with it, eventhough I cant get the main parts. Thats like ordering two gallons paint, two brushes, and 3 rolls of tape. Then you are told the paint is not available and they are not sure when it will be - but you cant cancel the order and you are stuck with the brushes and tape.What good is it without the paint ? And they have posted a pending sale for the full amount on my card. This was my first order with them, and there is no phone number to call. E-MAIL is slow, so I do not have a good feeling about getting all of my parts anytime soon.

I ordered some parts last month and the gentlemen on the phone after taking my order told me that a delivery date depended on what kind of schedule the GM parts depot warehouse is operating at. Ya can't get parts from a warehouse that on three weeks work stoppage. Just the way it is.

isn't GM Parts Direct is a Dealer in NC?
try Scoggin Dickey they are one of the largest GM Parts sellers in the country. Many dealers buy from them when they cant get parts from a GM ware house or other dealers
