Good job!!!! They turned out great!

FYI If you use a 194 adaptor w/pigtail in the stock footwell socket it's VERY easy to install a strip up under the dash...

Thanks!

But you would still have to tape/glue the LED strip under the dash, right?

I like the little hole under the dash for the bulb, it looks "uniform" to me.

Easy fix. Just turn your air compressor down to 40 or 50 psi. Cuts down on the overspray.

That's why you got to be patient and use a VERY SMALL paint brush.

I'm by no means an artist, in fact, I can't draw worth crap...

I got a tower bulb(5 lights, 1 on end and 1 on each of 4 sides) and put it in the footwell but the way the lights are on the bulb the only one that does any good is the one bulb facing down. I thought maybe I could find a bulb with 3 or 4 or 5 bulbs on one side? Anybody seen one? I like the look of the strip light under dash (pic posted earlier), and I would want blue lights, since i have a Nassau Blue car. That is what I tried and it is ok but just not quite bright enough for me. I tried the same blub(tower 5 light) in the back cargo area of my vert and it works great for that. Just my 2 cents worth.
I bought the Blue LED lights for the cove and put it on last week. I love it and will get a pic soon.

I put the light housing back in tonight and I think it looks decent. It's not extra bright (I don't want that anyway), and it looks comfortable to me. The LED bulb I got has 6 LEDs in a circle (5 as a ring and 1 in center).. It was like $3 shipped.. for a pair. I think it works decent.

The best lighting will be provided by strip LED, but I think I'll be fine with this. I'll probably get the tower ones for the cargo, thanks for letting me know that it works well.

What "cove" are you talking about? Do share photos please

Nice job. I did the paint pen mod as well. I have all blue led's in my interior and after the paint pen mod I noticed at night the rings glow kinda a purple color...I thought that was very cool!

Oh I see. Not a fan of exterior lights that aren't supposed to be there...

Yeah, because the instrument panel is lighted by UV tubes
