How hard is it to disassemble the headlight housings to get at the bulbs? I'm not very handy but I want to order this kit.
YOu do not have to disassemble anything! Raise yoru headlights, disconnect the battery, open the hood, take the shroud off the lights, and thats all! From there you can reach the connectors to pull the light bulbs out.

This resistor has been tested on my personal automobile 100s of customer vehicles. It provides your C5 the necessary 55 watts to keep your low beams opening and closing when using 35 watt HID kits. This adapter plugs in between the ballast and OEM or HID wiring for a fast, easy install.
Hi, Jhonathan,
I would like to get a kit, but was wondering.
My 04 Z06 with 9006 lows have them on only in Low and the 9005 Highs
on only in High,
If I install the lows, can I still use my Highs?
I heard that the HID shouldn't be turned off-on repeatedly.
Is there a mod, or am I missing something?

Yes you can. If you install highs I would suggest doing a mod that allows your lows to stay on with the highs. If not when you switch to high beams there will be a 5-8 second delay for them to become fully bright and that could be dangerous if you're driving.

Jhonathan is correct, I replaced my lows and highs and when I went from high to lows it wasn't good, So I installed some relays that enable highs and lows to be on at the same time and took care of the prob..
