Ok, heres the deal. I have an '02 ZO6 that just quit while coming home from work (check previous post for more details) and since losing my job I don't have the cash to just get a correct diagnosis on what the problem may be. The engine code reads as "engine misfire". My understanding is that a good code scanner can detail this even further and will give me a better idea of what the problem is. I have never had to ask for help from anyone in the past, but my economic situation forces this request.
If anyone locally (Orlando,FL) has a scanner that could help me narrow down the problem and would be willing to help me figure this out, (I'm not asking anyone to actually FIX the car, just looking for what the problem may be) it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks for reading this thread.

Thanks to You guys who took the time to reply! Checked the obvious and found nothing with the plugs, wires or that "hidden" ground wire attached at the rear side of the drivers head. All appears to be normal.
Thanks again,
Pop.
