[Z06] overheating at idle

I used the air nozzle to blow the condenser / radiator and the pic below shows what came out. I posted the pic here and someone posted that they use the garden hose with a nozzle and blow it out with water every time they wash the car. And that's what I'm doing now, lowered my temps about 20 deg.

btw what temps are we talking about here coolant or oil? generally my coolant temp in the lower left of my gauge cluster looks to be around 190-200 but my oil temp is the one that is around 200-230 when i drive the car in town or in heavy traffic. which temp concludes overheating?
