I have a 2004 CE coupe. I would like to have the paint scheme of the Z16 of that year. Does anyone make decals to order, or should I just have someone paint the car? I think some years ago I had heard of someone who made decals. I realize the hood of the ZO6 is carbon fiber and painted. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the information. I will get a set of these as soon as I have my front bumper repaired. It was damaged as a consequence of a section of flying truck tire. I missed the truck afterwards, as my missile guidance system also was damaged.
Any idea of the cost of the stripes? I sent a note to the company, but have not heard anything, yet. I did not understand the pricing shown on the company's web site.
Those reproduction stripes are very close to the oem (GM discontinued/expensive) oem Z16 stripes. But, as I recall they do not have the carbon fiber in between the silver and red. No one would probably ever notice that.
I've seen a couple of cars that have had the stripes done in paint and cleared. They look amazing. A good airbrush painter could duplicate the carbon fiber between the silver and red, but it would be labor intensive and expensive.
It looks like $200 to $245 plus the shipping charge depending on whether you want single color or two color C5 Commemorative Edition style stripes...
