Default Dealer Installed Options

Does anyone have any information about the following dealer installed options?

DIT53 Environmental Protection Package $399.00
DIT54 Theft Protection System $199.00

I sent the original dealership an email, but nothing was ever returned.

Here's the list of all 2003 RPO's. Don't see those listed so must be specific to the dealer/region.

The Environmental Protection Package is most likely one of those paint sealant/undercoating/interior stain guard things they do to increase their profit on the car.

Theft protection system could be that they etched the VIN into the glass or other body parts.
