I use STA-BIL every fill-up. The fuel in the tank will be 2 years old this Oct. I don't drive her much, but i don't want to sell her either. STA-BIL works great.
So, you fill the tank once every two years? You're right,,,you sure don't drive it much.

Yep. . .I put Sta-bil in, then top the tank off. Probably not necessary for 5 mos. storage, but would rather be safe. . .
topping the tank is equally important in my opinion. as stated, it reduces the amount of space for condensation to build up. i use sta-bil in all my gas tanks (lawn mower, gas generator, etc). it acts as a carb/injector cleaner also.

Unfortunately yes, the last trip for fuel was 2 years ago. Until recently I was on the road Monday thru Friday for work traveling. Weekends were spent doing time and expense reports, taking care of the house, lawn and wife…. We love C5’s and see no reason to sell. Besides, someday I’ll get the itch to mod again, which gives me something to look forward too.
I used Sta-bil when I lived in Boston. Wash your hand thoroughly after using that stuff. I got some on my hands, washed my hands then rubbed my eyes and almost went blind! Make sure you get it all off your hands.
