Money. Lots of money. Not sure what yer askin but the LED halos are their own tail lights so you just buy them, remove your stock tails and put them in.
You can get them at JWmotoring.com for under 300.00. and they offer a really cool halo mod as well where only the halos are on when the lights are on, then when the brakes are pressed the middle part comes on....its cool!!!

This will take care of any LED's you want to put into the car. My Halo's 99% of the time do not need this unless hyperflash can't be cured with a OEM reset.
I am also running a Halo GP for Modifications... If you want just the standard lights with no mods, PM me your number and I will include you so you get the GP price.

I ran a set of halo LED taillights on my '00 - got the items from Richard at Corvette Enhancements. To cure the hyperflash issue, I installed a module that Richard sells - it is a plug and play item that installs under the steering wheel area. Not hard to install at all and worked like a charm.
