I tried to lower my passenger window today, it wouldn't go down... Not from the drivers or passengers button, We can lock the doors with both buttons. I can control everything from the drivers side controls, just not the passenger side window. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

there is a shroud lookds like anaccordian that youwill find midway....squeeze it a few times as there is likely a bad connection. Should be located midway. I will guess a wire has come a loose and this can can fix the prob until u get it fixed
I had the same issue when I got my c-5 a few years ago and came up with the Fonzi fix .... all the do is hold the button now and right near the speaker give the door a pop with your fist.... BANG works and has for the last 3 years.
Wiggly wires? No do it correctly. Check for power and ground at the switch and motor if ok you require a new power window regulator/motor assembly. 99% sure that is what your problem is.

was giving him a temp solution to his prob until he can get it fixd correctly...I also mentioned to him that it is most likely a loose wire....but i guess you didnt read that part. Its all good though.
You need a passenger side power window motor/regulator assembly..I guarantee it...Ive replaced probably a dozen of 'em for local club members...if niether switch works, it's tell-tale sign of it
If you are able to tap on the motor and get the window to go down, I would suggest you not run the window all the way up against the stops in the future.
I have had brand new regulators stick in just a few weeks, and I think it is because there are no limit switches to stop the motor. The glass is simply run up against the stops until it stalls, leaving the gears and motor in a bind.
I have started bumping my glass down a fraction of an inch by hitting the down and up buttons quickly, and I have not had a window stick since then.
You can hit the buttons quickly enough that the glass only drops about 1/16 of an inch, so it will not affect the glass sealing against the weatherstrip.
You may need to replace the window regulator assembly if you cannot get the window to operate at all. If you can hear the relay click in the door contol module, but the glass does not move, you have a problem with the motor.
