C5 Console won't close

Default C5 Console won't close
The console hook hits a small part on the bottom and will not close. Does this little part move or should I try to pull it up with a small screw driver?

Default console lid
It is spring loaded and you can pull it up. Try that and it should close fine.

Console won't close? You probably have something to thick in it, like a sheet of paper.
