Default Pre road trip maintenance checklist

So im heading on a "short" 1000 mile road trip this Friday in my new to me 2000 vette that I've had for almost a month and am trying to get a good list of items to check and change before I head out. Oil was changed 300 miles ago so im good there!

So far Im going to:

Replace air filter
Clean out radiator trap
Clean any erosion off battery terminals
Check all fluids and bring a little extra of each
Bring a small tool box with essentials like tire pressure gauge

Car has run flats and I have AAA, so I'm good there. Anything else you recommend?

Flash light, drinks, small assortment of car cleaning supplies and micro fiber towels (don't leave home without it) that way you can touch up the car when you arrive and take care of any bird droppings immediately.

Sounds like if you bring every thing all the Forum member's tell you to bring and may be a little more, you should have just about all you should need,

So drive safe and just be and let us know how it went after you get back.

and that dont mean to drink and drive.

Be safe, dbiddle.
