Default MGW shifter?

I been reading through old post on this shifter, and have some questions?

I see that the old post talk about 25% 30% and 35% throws. I sse no option of this on the website. So what is the current shifter they sell rated at?

How does it compare to the HURST? I want that short shift. I think they are 35%? Also do the MGW's center as well as the HURST?

Does anyone know how long on average it takes to get one after placing the order? Are they in stock ready to ship?

TIA fro any help....

35% is the only offering, very positive feel. whole different car. mine shipped same week i ordered it. i think they ship quicker now due to the limited choices, actually the past hold-ups were due to the backordered shifter ****. if you still feel like you are muscling the throws, try the diff washer mod

I just installed one this past weekend. Shipped in 3 days. I believe the only option is the 30% throw now. Shifts are extremely crisp and short. You won't be disappointed!

I am sure someone will chime in who has had both ... I have only had the MGW and enjoy it very much. It always seems to center fine for me. I had a problem on road course finding 3 and wanted a shorter throw with more positive feel ... Thats what I got...

Just dropped in a C6 Z06 shifter. What a difference it is over the stock shifter.

I think you will find generally speaking the MGW is a better quality more refined shifter that has a good following by its buyers here...

I believe the bases are the same, if so as you remove the two mounting bolts don't allow the shifter to move, take a small awl and mark the inner opening to facilitate exact alignment on the new shifter.

Mounting bolts and shaft bolt both go to 30 Nm do the mounting bolts first then the shaft bolt. 12Nm on the close out boot nuts.
