Hi guy's and gal's, I have a big condensation leak in the passenger side when the air is on for a while. had the dealer look at it and said they cleared the drain tube, which is funny to me because I had checked that already and it was clean clean, any thoughts before I take it back to the dealer ?

Even though it was cleaned, it may have plugged back up again thanks to the debris inside that accumulated while it was plugged. What you don't want to happen is water on your BCM. Make sure you unplug that udder as many times as needed till it drains properly.
Althought ya'll have helped, I have found that the vents and such are clear. I have found that the routing of some electrical cables routed through that area were laying on the head of the engine and have burned the insulation off. I have moved the cables out of the way, but I see it is time to sell this car.
I thought when I bough a corvette these type of things have been fixed.
Chevrolet is pretty good at keeping sensitive cables off hot areas of the engine. Have to wonder if someone deliberately moved them before you got the car or similar. Maybe some cable clamps have let go...
