i would like a spare along with my run flats , i saw the thread about the gto wheel and tire.. however i was wondering will a c4 space saver tire fit on the front of a c5 corvette and the rear...also if a rear blows out then would the front wheel and tire on a c5 fit the rear then put the space saver tire on the front ???any input would be appreciated...

You want a space saver spare ALONG with runflats? That's kinda like wearing suspenders and a belt? You do realize that the spare was nixed in favor of the run flats to save space and weight. Also, with a spare, you'll need a jack and a lug wrench.
Personally - if you have runflats, a spare is unnecessarily redundant.
