Check Engine Light Came On!

Ok, I searched for a few days to try and find a good write up on how to fix this and came up short. There is info but its coming from all over the place and no one has a straight step-by-step procedure for this. Also, do I have to replace the valve, clean it, or what am I doing to it? Thanks
