Rookie question, where is the oil drain screw. 2001 corvette

It is on the front of the oil pan... I would like to have a long talk with the engineer that came up with that boner idea... You need to have the rear higher than the front to get all the oil out.

No problem IF you can get it up off the concrete and crawl on our back with the engine just inches from you face.

Yup...exactly that...it should have been placed in the rear...of course, what they wanted was for you to take it to the dealer so that it will be placed on a lift (with the pan level) and allow them to do the oil/filter change.
