Check the thread on Group Purchase of C5 insulation. Also check the Canadian section for comments on that GP for a couple other options that will give you a partition to the rear compartment. I'm in for the GP and will install the insulation but I'm also looking at building a partition for my 00 C5 Vert. It does not look that difficult to me and if I decide to fabricate one I'll post a thread on how it's done.

I have seen a few - Eklers has one but only in grey foam for $40 and I seen another for $135 out of plexiglass. Seemed like one was cheap and one was to expensive. What have you guys bought and used.
looking for best place to buy one, best quality and pricing. Any experience with a purchase.
want it to match the black carpet as close as possible and dampen the noise.
personally, I do not like them at all and would not spend my monies on any. This car needs something that fits snugly and curves to match the sides and the center waterfall. I already have something in mind as a matter of fact that will do this plus help with audio needs as well. If you OK with a flat piece, making one yourself would not be difficult at all but again, a flat panel is a poor match with the car's top cover and waterfall.
Chris at CarSkinz makes a very, very nice divider. I have one in my `01 vert and I really like it. Mine is Torch Red with the C5 emblem sewn on one side and black carpet on the other. Fits great and won't blown down with the top down at speed.

I have one and it sits in my garage. It looks nice, but they don't sit right and don't have a way to lock in place. I never use it.

I think you know what I meant then. I am pretty sure I will be glassing a piece that should get the job done in a few weeks, me think... BTW, I like the piece someone linked that includes a horizontal piece above the floor, I would like to see what happens when someone folds a top after a rain few times....
Now, thats what I am looking for. Did you notice any real difference in the sound after installation.
Thanks
Difficult to say with a Vert as the roof is down at every opportunity. yes it helps but the main plus is it protects the roof when its down and keeps stuff from rolling into the trunk.
