Does your Vette Have This???
Hey guys, I was looking into getting another C5 Vette and was noticing that all of them that I seen were missing the Cross Flag emblem on the center console just behind the console door. Now mine is a 97 Coupe and it has it! Just was wondering if they only did it in 97 or if someone put it there, Looks Good! Let me know what Your Vette has or doesnt have!

Convertibles have the C5 emblem on the waterfall - behind the console. The targa coupe and the fixed roof coupes don't have a waterfall, and did not come with an emblem like that from the factory.

My 99 coupe has it there too. Odd that it would be after market because when I bought it, (06/08) it was bone stock. So that would be the ONE & only mod the previous owner choose to do of all things?

I had a C5 emblem on the center console just behind the console lid. I put it there myself. It was NEVER a factory installed emblem on any C5 but many people put them there. It was the same emblem that is on the rear hatch of a coupe.

When I got mine it was stock as well, the original owner hadn't even put in the bumper letter inserts! Which is the first thing I did!
Talking with my bro who has a 97' Vette too, mentioned that his too has it!??? Anyone Else!
