It will be difficult for any one person to say which is the quietest.
I can share that my Nitto Invos are much quieter (handle better too) than the OEM Goodyears I took off.
My Dad had some Goodyear Eagle F1 Super Car tires or something along those lines. They were expensive as hell, and ridiculously soft and quiet with amazing traction.
I don't know if they seemed so quiet just because his previous tires were in horrible condition or if they were truly that quiet. I have some Michelin's on mine and they are somewhere in-between.
I replaced my oem Goodyear Eagle Supercar with Michelin PS2's. Much better ride qualities and less noise as well. Hard to quantify the quieter aspect but I'm very happy with the choice.

My Michelin PS2's are great tires. Much quieter and better ride than the GY run flats. Don't expect miracles though as these cars are not insulated all that well and on certain road surfaces any tires will "sing".
