I'm very happy with my 1-7/8" catted ARH. They went in without issue.

Any particular reason for those two?

What about ARH and also Dynotech?

There have been several threads on this subject. Well actually more. The results seem to be pretty close, however, some of the headers seem to be easier to install and the quality seems to be better.

Here is one example.

I went CHEAP and LOVE the result. OBX long tubes and X-pipe

Materials and Welds were great. Had one issue with one of the front o2 bung positions. Other than that well worth it.

These may not work for your application because of the air location but take a look anyways! The air tube may need to get relocated but I'm not 100% on that? I'm running the same ones on my car and make just under 600 rwhp!

I went with American Racing Headers and X-pipe.
With these I kept all 4 O2 sensors.
I was also able to adjust the exhaust tips very easily.

Results: 383 RWHP/372 RWTQ

My '02 Z06 also has a Vararam with Power Duct and a dyno tune.
I kept the TI exhaust.

The best Header for your application would be our part #6104 they are 1 3/4 x 3 with our patented velocity spike merge collector witch exit to our leak free ball and socket connection. Then depending on if you are going catted or off road the part numbers for the x pipe are going to be catted #6108s then offraod will be 6106s. If you have any further questions please call us at 1 866 586 KOOK.

I went with Kooks LTs and catted X-pipe on my cammed Z06. Great quality and painless install. I don't think you will go wrong with any of the big names, but I would buy Kooks again...

I like the lg streets for the price.

My 03Z made 435/405 with just LG streets, g5x3, cai and catback. I have seen TONS of guys with pros/kooks/ar make less with the same cam.
