Default P0420 fail

Well the P0420, catalytic converter bank #1 just came on Tuesday again. LTFTs still above 10% positive. The data is shown below. This is with the Vararam, power duct, Halltech screen and the MAF set at original factory placement. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you.

I am still tripping P0420 codes. sent information to Vararam but no response yet. LTFTs are still out there at 112-15%

I purchased a Diablosport Predator tuner and readjusted the long term fuel trims with power duct and the repositioned MAF. I had to change the LTFTs during shoulder months for spring to summer and summer to fall, but seemed to work okay. I received a good buy on a Grand Sport and traded the C5 end of 2010.

I installed the Vararam and new bridge on my '03 a while back. I remember reading that if you have lean codes after install, then repositon the MAF to it' s original location next to the air filter. That's how I did the install and have had no codes so far. The PO 420 is indicative of the car needing a new Catalytic convertor, nothing to do with the Vararam install. Hope this helps.

Understand the 0430 code, but that only relates to the efficiency of the catalytic convertor as measured by the oxygen sensors. The oxygen sensors did test out good but I could cahange the DTG just by moving the MAF. At air cleaner LTFTs were high (>22%) and locating MAF at throttlebody the ctalytic converter code would trip. Prior in the write-up I shared a conversation with Vararam and there thoughts that the catalyst bed was blinded due to excess fuel.
