Default stall converter question

I am being given a Yank SY3500 TQ Conv. for 4L60E. I just need to know if the one from a LS1 F-body is the same as our vettes.

Thanks guys!

Devon

I think the output shaft from a LS1 FBody and C5 are 2mm different. SO looks like I DIDNT get a TC after all

This is what I put in mine. LuvmyC5 may have modded his setup to use the SY3500 in his.

LT1 F-bodies and C5's take the same TC.
LS1 F-bodies are different from the C5's. Go figure why.

Sell it on LS1tech and buy yourself a nice Yank SS3200.

The SY3500 is a nice stall, but it has a lower STR, so it slips more for around the town driving, but is a monster at topend torque.
I like the SS3200 more for a C5.

Here is Yanks website:
http://www.converter.cc/converters/street/GM/2/

As stated above the C5 uses the LT1 F-Body Converter!

I use the same converter as Patches the YANK 3200

Thanks,Matt
