I've been too lazy to address some very small (but still there) leaks on both side windows, so no, if its raing it stays in.

I have all the docs (files, procedures etc) to address it, just havent got to it yet.

If I had no leaks, I wouldnt use it often in the rain (just not fun), but I would use it if I had somewhere to go.

'01 Zo6 used to be my daily driver from 43 to 68k miles.

Now it's been in my garage getting the engine you see in my avatar/sig. Needless to say it's a fair weather 'Vette from now on.

Just had a son... This Corvette has got to last me a lonnnng time. Priorities have changed, no more "upgrade to C6Zo6"

oh well, I love what I have, and when I do drive it I'm certain it will be more special. Especially compared to my current Ford Tore-*** daily driver.

If I know ahead of time there is going to be a lot of rain i will probably leave her home,,but she is no stranger to rain or the occasional patch of slush in the winter. No "putting her up for the winter" for me!!

I never understood how some people would not drive their cars in the rain until I bought a black car.

I agree, is the car going to melt or something? Is something bad going to happen in the rain? I love driving my car come rain or shine, however I do admit I prefer driving it on a beautiful sunny day over a rainy one.

I avoid driving it in the rain if possible, the SUV does rain duty.

My primary reason is not exterior cleaning, but interior cleaning from getting into the car with wet/dirty shoes. The vette is near daily driver status for me, about 80% of the time usage, but I have the SUV as an option for bad weather or other people/stuff carrying needs.

Not only do I drive it in the rain, but I drive it in the snow too, it's my daily driver. The only time it stays home is during very big snow storms.

It stays in the garage if there's rain in the forecast. I have two other cars that I can pick and choose to get wet.

I choose not to take it out if there is rain in the forcast. I have my Excursion for that and its better in bad conditions and the paint on it is not perfect. The vette is like new and I want to keep it like that. Although my Dad drives his daily and it looks as nice as mine. It just require alot more time in cleaning.
