Looking for a cheap car cover for the 03 vert for the winter. Car will be stored in a garage obviously out of the weather and not needing anything fitted or custom. Just want to keep the dust off, prevent any light abrasions from accidental light contact and especially do not want it dragging the ground as mice have been seen in the garage in the past. I'm going to place mothballs around the tires, in a few pie pans in the trunk, engine compartment and footwells as well.
Any suggestions? I've found some on "flea-bay" for as little as $40 shipped. Of course, not fitted and supposedly sized for the 03 vert.

"Budge" brand, size #3. gray color, soft and won't scratch, comes with carry bag. Fits C5 perfectly, widely available in various auto parts stores, often on sale. Retails for under $30, less in military BX/PX stores. A bargain and perfect for your needs -- and mine!

When I had my '00, I bought a very lightweight cover from Corvette Garage - did the trick for me. I think on sale it was about $99.

Yes it works fine.......got mine at O'Rielly's.
